Belpre City Council Minutes

July 30, 2012

The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Belpre, Ohio was called to order by Council President Pro-tem Larry Martin at 7:17 p.m.  The roll was called with the following members present: Ms. Abdella, Mrs. Marshall, Mr. Martin, Mr. Newberry, Mr. Robinson, and Mr. Wallace present.  Also present were Mayor Lorentz, Safety-Service Director Mr. Ferguson, and City Auditor Miss Pittenger.  Absent from the July 30, 2012 meeting were City Law Director Mr. Webster, Treasurer Mr. McAfee, Clerk of Council Mrs. Meredith and Council person Mr. Sinnett.

Unfinished Business:

Mr. Martin brought before council for third reading A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TAX BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2013.  A vote was taken with all members of council present voting aye.

Mr. Martin moved this be Resolution 12, 2012-2013 and duly passed.  A vote was taken with all members of council present voting aye.

Adjourn:

Mr. Robinson made a motion to adjourn at 7:19 p.m.  A vote was taken with all members of council present voting aye.
