COLUMBUS- State Rep. Debbie Phillips (D-Athens) today announced that she will be holding a meeting between state lawmakers, alternative energy industry leaders and local academic directors to discuss the expansion of the alternative energy economy in Southeast Ohio and ways in which state legislators can best-support the industry and create jobs in the region. Rep. Phillips and other members of the Ohio House Alternative Energy Committee will hold the meeting on Monday, July 19 at 12:00 p.m. at the Hocking College Energy Institute.
